Collaborative Action Networks (CANs).

As the name says, CAN’s are where the action happens and the work gets done. CAN members study data, set goals, and pick the best strategies to put into action. CAN members carefully evaluate each strategy looking for ways to improve and get the most impact to meet goals and improve outcomes in the community.
